Brian Parisi Copier Systems, Inc. is a locally owned and Authorized RICOH Dealer in Williamsville, NY. 

We are currently looking to add to our team a Service Technician to serve business customers by installing and servicing RICOH products. 

*Troubleshooting/testing and diagnosing equipment problems

*Repair of digital copiers/printers and fax equipment

*Preventive maintenance

*Installing equipment, programming systems, and completing acceptance tests

*Maintains records by documenting original system, upgrades, and repairs.

*Updates job knowledge by completing re-certifications

Skills/Qualifications:

*Technical knowledge

*Knowledge of copier/printer a plus

*Ability to manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships

*Excellent problem solving skills

*Team player with a positive, winning attitude

*Valid driver's license
