Field Service Technician - Printers and Copier/MFDs
About the Job
As a Marimon Business Systems, Inc. Field Service Technician your primary responsibility will be performing Copier & MFD diagnostic repair and preventative maintenance at customer locations.
Overall responsibilities include:
• Performing diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenance
• Maintaining equipment according to manufacturers specifications
• Managing an assigned territory of copier/MFD or printer devices
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships
• Maintaining an accurate assigned parts inventory
• Maintaining positive relationships with other Marimon employees
• Contributing as a team player
Qualified candidates will have:
• Minimum of 2 years related experience, with Sharp and/or Canon copier certified training and service experience a MUST.
• High School diploma required. Two years technical school or associates degree preferred.
• Desire and ability to work independently and reliably
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must provide own vehicle for business use.
