Field Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orienting, training, and supervising all Care Partners and Team leaders. Responsible for assisting with the scheduling process, as needed. Follows up on Worker’s Compensation to ensure the staff is properly trained. Responsible for Care Partner and Team Leaders counseling, performance evaluation, conflict resolution, corrective action, and termination according to AccentCare’s guidelines. Conducts assessments of Clients and conduct supervisory home visits. Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
