Exciting Training/Operative position in the restoration/mitigation industry.
Postion of: Field Support Representative
Previous experience training xactimate, etc in the restoration industry is a big big plus!!!!
or Training of adjusters on xactimate, mitigation etc.
Understanding the operation of a restoration company and what the associates, estimators and Proj Mgrs are responsible for to be successful is important - these would be the employees to be trained.
Base of operation is in Florida and the candidate will be responsible for facilities in 10 states.
Travel is generally 2 weeks out of a month.
One position is in charge of the South Central US and the other is in the Mid West.
Reports to: Regional Manager & Director of Operations
Basic Functions: Support the Regional Manager in the management and success of assigned region.
Responsibilities:
1. Support ongoing Associate/Technician training in the following areas:
a. Operational improvement
b. Technical improvement
c. Communication
d. Documentation
e. Quality Control & Improvement
f. Target offices with NPS of lower than 45% for additional training
g. Customer Service through “Six” program
2. New Owner coaching through first year
3. Support ongoing training through individual area of expertise
a. Mitigation
b. Project Management
c. Safety
d. Initial field training for new offices
e. MICA
f. Emergency response
Tasks:
1. Assist RM in monitoring offices within the assigned region.
2. Visit targeted offices throughout the region at the direction of the regional manager. Visits must have
a defined measureable purpose.
3. Support and communicate the initiatives of the company management team, NEC, SMP, the company University,
Marketing team, and Operations department.
4. Respond to requests by franchisees for assistance in various operational or training areas.
5. Attend all district meetings and convention.
6. Assist with the management of insurance programs as requested.
7. Participate in weekly and departmental meetings whether in person or via conference call.
8. Monthly activity and monitoring reports.
