Utilize knowledge of CHAIRSIDETM application software, the eCubeTM clinical system, Proton and RCG legacy systems to collaborate with Business Unit Education Group to develop plans and programs to meet clinical training and development needs. Provide pertinent timely, thorough, and consistent training primarily to clinical educators. Track training activities in a database and provide training reports to the appropriate management. Identify additional training needs if needed and communicate this to the Education staff and the applicable managers. Work as part of the Education Team on delivery, education and the integration of the computerized CHAIRSIDETM Charting System ('CHAIRSIDE') and other applications into the clinical setting. Identify areas where difficulties and Bachelor's degree (the focus of the Job is support of those delivering Adult Education training in the field on systems applications), or, in lieu of a Bachelor's degree or Licensed Nurse, internal candidates may have 3 years experience with the current Medical Record System and proficiency in the following applications: Microsoft Office products (Excel, Office, and PowerPoint). 1 to 3 years of a healthcare background with experience in dialysis preferred. Minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferable in software support, helpdesk, or training/teaching environment. Willingness to cross train on new and legacy applications /systems within the Company. At least one-year's experience and thorough understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Word and Excel or other comparable software. Must have excellent teaching, group facilitation, organizational, planning, interpersonal, communication, proofreading, and computer skills. Strong problem solving skills and general PC and networking knowledge is a must. Possess a general understanding of healthcare terminology. Communicate appropriately to local management regarding any pre or post deployment performance concerns or problems with a site's readiness to learn. Identify and provide solutions where applicable. Follow up and take the necessary actions with the CHAIRSIDETM Charting System and other eCubeTM systems integration as needed to ensure a successful transition. Utilize planning and time management skills to plan, organize and schedule training to ensure the meeting of the established deadlines, working closely with Deployment Project Manager on assessing location readiness for training, and with members of various traning teams, ie. clinical, billing, centralized admissions, etc. Serve as the applications subject matter expert providing support services and on call, second level support to education groups in regard to the use of the applications. Monitor and provide user follow up for training and support issues in coverage area assisting Education Staff as directed. May be assigned to primarily support the new eCube applicaitons or ensure continued use of legacy applications until no longer needed. THIS POSITION COULD BE LOCATED IN AKRON OR COLUMBUS, OHIO.
