Field
Technical Support
The
looking for a career-minded person(s) to join a growing company as a field
services and customer technical support provider. An ideal candidate will
function well with all aspects of the implementation and support of specialized
computer, communications, and telephony solutions including:
Performs
installations, upgrades, system preparation, and configuration changes
Performs troubleshooting, problem resolution, repairs, and phone support
Provides end-user education and technical support
The
current opportunities are in challenging positions that require strong computer
hardware and software troubleshooting skills, plus a desire to consistently
update those skills while maintaining outstanding customer service. Strong communication skills are required. Communicating not only to customers but to employees as well.
At
a minimum, candidates should have:
Strong
knowledge of Microsoft Windows networking and TCP/IP
Solid experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems
Appropriate computer education or related work experience
Telephony experience preferred, but not required
