TITLE: FIELD TECHNICIAN
Role Summary: This position requires a professional responsible for execution of M3T install and service work, existing customer service & development of additional opportunities with current clients through consistent inquiring about their needs. Exceptional service and performance in these areas are critical to the success of M3T Corporation.
Hours: M-F 7am – 3:30pm or as needed for after hours service calls.
Reports To: TBD
Pay period: Bi-Weekly
Training:
· Lenel & other supplier product yearly continuing education, other required education to keep up to date with M3T Corporation customer related services.
- Required to continue education as needed based on Level
Agreements: sign confidentiality and non-compete agreement. Acknowledge all information about our clients and partners and their operations is to be considered strictly confidential. As well as any employee information encountered by this position. Employee acknowledges passwords and user names to access company supplied systems are to be kept on file with company. Company provided email accounts are company property and may be accessed by management when necessary for continuation of business purposes.
Principle Accountabilities: (essential job functions – generic for all levels)
- Compliance with Government, OSHA, ICRA, HIPA and other required regulations as relates to all personnel and work in your area of responsibility.
- Work closely with others to achieve goals/objectives.
- Client Relations as needed
- If required, attend pre-construction meetings and site walks for projects as needed.
- Execute after hours service calls as directed
- Manage your email – use concise communication in writing yet give your emails 100% effort to be courteous, polite and specific – avoid email, use face to face for confrontational or insidious issues.
- Work closely with sub-contractors
- Maintain company vehicle inside and out. Keep clutter to a minimum, no items are to be left on dash, all material stored on the vehicle shall be kept in a neat and orderly manner.
- Responsible for monitoring truck inventory and reporting inventory on a bi-weekly basis.
- Answer phone promptly, courteously and professionally.
- Track Truck Stock, and Materials located at Client Site
- Return Material Authorization – Completed Documentation and Product returned to M3T office within one business day.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Possess a working knowledge of MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook, Access), Internet and Project software
- Strong Innovative, Motivational, and Proactive Personality
- Strong ability to be proactive in Policy Enforcement
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
- Knowledge/Capability to manage multiple job requirements

Attire:
- Company Business attire is expected at all times, unless informed otherwise. No denim or tennis shoes permitted. Work boots, Navy Blue work Pants are required.
