We are seeking an enthusiastic Field Training Specialist to join ourTraining Department.
The role of the Field Training Specialist is to provide training support and delivery within their assigned territory to the Safeguard Distributor network. They will partner with the Sales organization to uncover learning opportunities that exist and address them by delivering impactful training in order to influence Distributor behavior. Executes strategic training initiatives during national business meetings via group training sessions; Assist in the development of training initiatives by providing feedback from the field based on effective training needs analysis.
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver training in the field to the Distributor network and their staff
- Execute Safeguard strategy through the delivery of impactful training that delivers results
- Performs needs analysis and provide feedback to the curriculum developers and subject matter experts for the development of training programs
- Conduct classroom, WebEx, and conference call training sessions
- Set, conduct, and debrief small and large group instructional activities (e.g. Case Studies, Role Plays, round Robins, Demonstrations)
- Create and deliver technical training programs to teach software applications
- Deliver training at national and regional distributor meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the field and the training organization
- Manage training and travel expenses to ensure costs are within budget
- Provide ongoing feedback to the sales organization and training department regarding identified training needs
- Keep abreast of new training and printing technology
- Approximately 75% travel

Desired background:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of training experience
- Experience working in a distributorship, franchise, or retail organization is required
- Experience delivering and leading WebEx, conference call, and classroom training required
- Experience in delivering product knowledge and sales training required
