Field Operations Technician

The Field Operations Technician is responsible for:

• Technical Troubleshooting with customers via telephone \ email 


• Perform product installations \ service at customer locations


• Enter service parts orders


• Dispatch service technicians


• Dispatch installation technicians


• Create \ issue service data reports


• Initiate internal corrective actions and document change requests

Minimum Qualifications include:

• Basic knowledge of electrical components, properties and testing devices


• Computer skills:  MS Word and Excel


• Good communication skills (verbal, and written)


• Good organizational skills to multi-task and direct external service \ installation personnel


• Ability to travel independently and frequently to customer locations


• High School education \ College or Trade – Vocational school in related fields


• Hand tools \ Power tools for metal and wood working


• 1 to 3 years experience in related field
