FileNet P8 Administrator (with Kofax experience)

What will you be doing?
We are seeking to recruit and hire a FileNet P8 4.x Administrator that also knows Kofax 8.x, in either Chicago, IL or Indianapolis, IN.  The right person will have experience as a FileNet Administrator and someone who has some experience with Kofax 8.x.  (2) positions are open, one in Chicago and one in Indianapolis.  Work will be onsite, and some travel will be required to main office in Indianapolis, IN with expense reimbursements.  The duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows:

• Provide backup support for the FileNet environments (DEV, UAT & PROD) for deployments in our non-prod environment.
  
• Provide environment maintenance and operations procedures for deployment and operations stability.
  
• Provide support for developers, designers, testing team for the Kofax environment.
  
• Provide primary operations support for (3) Kofax environments (DEV, UAT & PROD). Handle maintenance and production related incidents.
  
• Manage environmental elements with Project teams through implementation.  
  
• Cross-train backup and offshore resources.
  
• Document best practices.
  
• Document release and environment changes as they occur.
  
• Provide testing support to project teams.
  
• Act as conduit for the Kofax environment maintenance and Kofax Release Scripts through Client Project Lead.
  
• Provide assistance through Client Project Lead for the support and planning for environment upgrades.
  
• Document functional issues and follow up with Client Project Lead for resolution.
  
• Document and manage performance of environment.
  
• Assist and provide capacity planning on environments via Client Project Lead.
  
• Assist in the certification of scanners and supplemental software.
  
• Support P8 4.x FileNet environments as backup for non-prod deployments.
  
• Weekly reporting to Client Project Lead on all weeks activities.

What do you need?
The successful candidate will have the following required experience:

• Strong experience with FileNet P8.
  
• Experience with FileNet P8 4.x (2 years minimum)
  
• Know all elements of Kofax; Capture, P8 release scripts, and Auto Import (1 year minimum).
  
• Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) using recognition services (preferred not required).
  
• Kofax Document Exchange Server and user (Desktop & Web) application interfaces.  (Preferred not required).
  
• Excellent communication skills.

Compensation:  $60,000.00 plus performance bonuses & company benefits
