Around 8-10 yrs experience in FileNet P8 4.0 Architecture and BPF (Business Process Framework)
Experience in Websphere, Windows & Oracle
Experience working in UNIX (AIX or Solaris) Environment
Experience in P8 Installation.
FileNet Certification in BPF and P8 4.0
Good exposure in Imaging, FileNet Capture solutions
Good Communication Skills
Ability to step up unexpected situations
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to integrate well into the team and experience of onsite-offshore experience will be an added advantage
Exp. in J2EE development & Design
Should have extensive experience on Designing FileNet workflows

Secondary

Have other knowledge of FileNet products like Record Manager, Image Services, Panagon
Have Previous Experience of Handling issues with IBM Technical Support team.
