Job Description:                                                                                                    

• Financial Analysis: Reporting and improvement (Kaizen) activity of Financial and Manufacturing Operations

• Financial policy, standards and procedures – Formulation, maintenance and compliance.  

• Assistance, coordination and communication to the company’s branches(18 Subsidiaries)

• Budgeting – Standalone and consolidated: Budget, result analysis and improvement (Kaizen) activity.

• Federal, state and local and state tax compliance                                                                                                     
  
• Cash / Treasury Management

• Government census compliance

• Other duty as they arise                                                                                       

Report to:                                                                                                  

           Controller / Senior Finance Manager                                                                                                      

Qualification:

• Communication skill, Trustworthy, responsible, Proactive, Dedicated and a Leadership skill                                                                                                   
  
• BS degree -  Accounting or Finance                                                                           
  
• Minimum of 7 years accounting experience. Mixture of public accounting a plus.
  
• Experience in Manufacturing Environment (Cost Accounting) - Automotive parts sectors a plus.                
  
• 10 key by touch.
