Responsibilities:

è     Provide financial/accounting and administration expertise and advice to the senior management team.

è     Ensure appropriate financial procedures and practices are in place to effectively manage financial aspects of the organization; Interpret organization’s policy as it affects the financial/accounting and administrative functions to ensure that all policies are adhered to.

è     Ensure that the financial/accounting and administrative functions achieve targets and business development objectives through effective management.

è     Liaise with external auditors and take responsibility for co-coordinating audit of accounts; Maintain regular contact with the company’s bankers and financial advisers.

è     Controlling New York back office related finance and administration tasks.

Qualifications:

è     University degree in Finance/Accounting or recognized professional qualification in accounting with good business and commercial sense and be a member of an internationally accredited professional body.

è     Minimum 3-5 years relevant experiences in managerial position

è     Experience dealing with China Tax Office, Banks and other government bodies.

è     Possess strong business acumen and be able to see the big picture whilst also being able and ready to go into detail.

è     Strong people management skills
