POSITION DETAILS
We are searching for the right candidate to join our team as a Finance Application Support Analyst for our Corporate Office located in Scottsdale, AZ.
Primary objectives of this position are:
Provide primary technical and functional support for Taylor Morrison’s financial applications including Hyperion Enterprise, FMS and Newstar. This includes system administration and configuration management for the financial applications.
Primary responsibilities:
Update systems as required to support financial reporting, accounting and process updates.
Provide functional support to divisions, regions and corporate to ensure reporting period reports, budgeting and forecasting are timely and accurate.
Design and oversee financial system change control process
Continually improve the financial reporting process with input and direction from the division and corporate finance teams
Coordinate financial system updates with UK parent company, Taylor Wimpey corporate finance team, as required.
Qualifications:
In-depth technical knowledge and administration experience with Hyperion Enterprise and FDM (2+ years)
Experience with FDM and Hyperion Enterprise technical support, updates, maintenance and upgrades
Experience supporting ERP and/or accounting software, preferably Newstar
Fundamental understanding of general accounting practices and processes, homebuilding exp preferred
In-depth knowledge of Excel and macros and experience working with complex linked spreadsheets
Ability to effectively communicate with technical and functional team members
Experience identifying and working through process improvement activities related to systems and financial reporting
