Summary: Genworth Financial’s Finance Development Program is a highly competitive development program for candidates seeking a finance career with Genworth. This two-year program consists of six-month rotational assignments combined with formal classroom training in finance, accounting, business strategy, and leadership development. Our Finance Development Program provides recent graduates with the technical finance and accounting skills and experiences to build future finance and business leaders within Genworth.
The Finance Development Program is a two-year program with rotational assignments throughout various Genworth business locations, product lines, and finance and accounting groups. Program members may be relocated to a new location every six months in order to provide them with the experiences needed to be successful within their finance career. Each rotation focuses on the development of key financial and accounting skills such as financial planning and analysis, controllership, audit, expense, accounting and reporting, operations analysis, etc. At the same time, participants strengthen their technical, business and leadership skills by completing an intensive, graded finance and accounting curriculum while participating in Genworth's renowned leadership development curriculum.

Basic Qualifications: * Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with a concentration in Finance or Accounting * Minimum or better grade point average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale * Ability and willingness to relocate every 6 months for two years * 6-9 credit hours of Accounting
