ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

Financial Responsibilities

o    Budgeting, accounting and tax reporting including foreign operations and subsidiaries

o    Financial reporting to investors

o    Financial tracking and metrics for the company’s operations and service delivery

o    Manage relationships with all debt providers with responsibility for tracking all covenant compliance

o    Manage banking relationships

o    Provide weekly dashboard reports to the executive team and monthly management reports of financial performance

Administrative Duties

o    Oversight of benefits administration

o    Personnel planning, policies and procedures (already in place but due for review)

o    Interface with professional service providers (tax, accounting, legal)

Key Relationships

o    Position reports to CEO

o    Direct report will be the office manager/treasurer (in place)

o    Must effectively liaise with the COO, President and other management positions to synthesize operational needs with accounting requirements

Key Background Experiences

o    International operations - P&L consolidations, accounting and tax (supported by local resources)

o    Experience in professional service business

KEY CHARACTERISTICS / SKILLS:

o    Outstanding leadership skills (both people and thought leadership)

o    Outstanding collaborator

o    Strong working knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks Premier required

o    Must feel comfortable rolling up sleeves

EDUCATION:

o    Education and experience commensurate with job responsibilities

o    A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required

Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.  This position will be located in Cleveland, Ohio.

No relocation is available for this position.
