Finance Director Job Description

Salary Range: $115,000 to $130,000 based on experience and qualifications + bonus

Location: Bethesda, Maryland

Technical Skill Set Required:

Management of budget, P&L, Forecasting

Internal and external reporting in accordance with GAAP

Establish, implement and monitor policy and procedures

Management of staff and ongoing staff development 

Assist with all internal and external audits

Job Requirements:

To qualify, candidates must have a bachelor's degree, with an emphasis in accounting.

MBA degree preferred

CPA certification Required

A minimum of 7 years of relevant Finance and Accounting Experience

BIG 4 Public Accounting Background

Finance Director /  Manager position must have been previously held

Excellent managerial, leadership, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills

Demonstrated business development skills, process improvement, and internal control improvements
