The Finance Director will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and finance functions including cost accounting, production analysis, month-end and year-end close, financial statements, financial analysis, journal entry preparation and supporting documentation, reconciliations, financial reporting, fixed assets, project accounting, and will be integrally involved in the development of the quarterly incentive plan, maintaining the physical inventory, implementing a cycle counting process, ensuring GAAP compliance, coordinating the annual audit, budget preparation, review and documentation, conducting cost/benefit analyses, cash flow forecasting, and the implementation and maintenance of internal systems.
The Finance Director will also be key player in the development and execution of the company’s business and growth strategies, and will be relied upon to provide senior management with critical information that provides insight in to the financial position of the company and ensures that their financial and growth objectives are met.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field. CPA required.
- 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Public Accounting and Manufacturing industry experience is a MUST.
- Influential communicator, sound decision maker, and big picture thinker.
- Proven leader and manager with a strong track record of fostering and maintaining a working environment that promotes excellence, integrity, teamwork, and creativity.
Salary commensurate with experience up to $140K + Bonus. Relocation assistance available.
