Finance Manager – Great Real Estate Role w/ Yardi!

Our client, a rapidly growing niche real estate company located in the Anne Arundel County area is actively seeking to add a Finance Manager to the team.  The Finance Manager will lead the Analytical Review of Financial Statements and Budgets and the development of annual budgets.  Although this position will not focus on G/L maintenance, it will require a strong base of accounting and financial statement prep. 

The ideal candidate will have a base of public accounting with a focus on real estate and/or construction clients and several years as a financial analyst or accounting manager in a real estate company.  Yardi is STRONGLY PREFERRED!  BS in Accounting or Finance required.  CPA or CPA Track a major plus.
