This is Ben Maxwell with DefensePlacements, Inc. We are an executive search firm that recruits exclusively in the Defense/Aerospace/Homeland Security markets. I am conducting a search to identity a Finance Manager Engineering & Product Mgt.
This position will Provide financial support, guidance, and leadership to the Public Safety & Professional Communication's Engineering and Product Management Organizations. Develop strategic partner relationship with Product and Engineering Directors . Provide leadership to guide and develop actions/solutions that assist the Engineering team meet their financial, operational and growth objectives by providing financial support in the development of cost/price analyses, risk and opportunity assessments, and/or financial models .
'Must Haves' are as follows
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Must have BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
- Must have worked in Finance in a Engineering environment
- Skilled at Project Reporting, Cost & Scheduling
- Knowledge of financial/engineering tracking systems
- Well versed in EVM and EVA concepts
