DISH Network is seeking a professional with strong knowledge of and experience in financial analysis, forecasting and modeling. The Finance Manager for International Programming will be responsible for all financial aspects of the international programming department and play a key role in managing data and providing financial information and recommendations to the International Programming Department. Job Responsibilities: The International Financel Manager will be responsible for all financial aspect of the International Programming group including managing and tracking the budget, forecasting and financial modeling for existing and new channel launches, handling ad hoc data and financial requests and tracking, measuring and reporting on DISH Network’s international programming business in the U.S. This person will play a key role not only in gathering and managing financial data, but also making recommendations and offering strategic advice.
Education Requirements:
B.A. from a four year college or university required. M.B.A. preferred but not required.
Qualifications:
Strong financial experience and a successful track record of financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and modeling are critical in this position. The International Financial Manager must be able to work with large amounts of data and make quick evaluations and recommendations. This person should be comfortable using SQL, Hyperion, Access and Excel as well as understanding database structures and usage. The International Finance Manager must also be capable of handling a fast-paced environment and have to ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects at one time.
