GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:

The financial manager position is responsible for all financial analysis, reporting, and recommendation, revenue and cost forecasting, general financial support to one or more of Radiant’s vertically focused industry segments.  Position will interact heavily with Industry Leads, Sales, and accounting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·         Assist Industry Segment with cost analysis and management

·         Forecast Industry Segment quarterly revenues from existing and new contracts

·         Develop rolling 12, 24 and 36 month business models and financial plans

·         Act as financial consultant to Industry Segment to improve operational effectiveness

·         Provide financial analysis of new contracts, as well as financial interpretations of existing contracts

·         Manage Industry Segment price sheets and other sales tools

·         Become familiar with company financial objectives for new sales, and advise Sales during contract process

·         Work with legal and accounting to ensure new contracts meet company objectives

·         Develop repeatable procedures to optimize finance operations

·         Ad hoc financial analysis and tool building

·         Other job related duties as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Formal education level:

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Experience & Skills:

·         4-7 years experience

·         Cost and Revenue forecasting experience is required

·         Financial analysis and reporting is required, accounting exposure a plus

·         Presentation or facilitation experience is a plus
