Responsibilities include:

• Successful candidate will coordinate financial reporting at month-end and in weekly forecast formats in addition to monthly production, P&L, and inventory metric tracking, review, and communication.
• Candidate must ensure adequate internal controls are in place and being followed. 
• Oversight of payroll administrator and ensure accurate payrolls are being processed.
• Responsible for monthly sales and use tax returns, annual property tax returns and various required tax incentive filings. 
• Ensure fixed asset ledger is accurate and up-to-date. 
• Prepare financial analysis and decision support on capital projects and operating postures. 
• In addition to finance responsibilities, the successful candidate will lead a team of logistics personnel and systems. 
• Logistics personnel and systems will include shipping, scheduling, and warehouse functions within the business. 

Requirements:

• Successful candidate must be willing and capable of developing and implementing systems designed to meet day to day business requirements.
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CMA designation with five plus years in finance/accounting for a manufacturing company and strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
