We reward our employees with competitive compensation, flexible time off, a retirement plan with company match and much more… Glimpse of Responsibilities and Abilities · Provision of services to both internal and external customers. · Advise and partner with the president of the business unit. · Administer and manage the general accounting activities. · Administer and maintain the customer's business agreements. · Manage the process of each proposal/order with legal, corporate and other related parties. · Conduct financial analysis and support for complex contracts including face to face negotiation with financial and/or procurement counterparts. · Prepare, negotiate, and sign orders for each new deal or project. · Prepare monthly, quarterly and year end management reports and analysis of statistics reflecting revenues, profits and other financial parameters. · Prepare financial planning, forecast, revenue recognition, financial reports, cost statements, invoicing and collection from customers. · Minimal domestic travel expected with this role, with the possibility of international travel. Preferences · Strong analytical capabilities including ability to create and manage complex financial models. · Well organized with the ability to manage a number of tasks simultaneously while managing all moving deadlines. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requirements · 7+ years experience in a medium to large corporation in a financial role. · Proven staff management and team leadership experience. · 5+ years experience working in a remote management environment. · Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related field.
