Finance Manager          33-10174018

The Finance Manager will be responsible for handling day to day accounting functions. Some of the duties include: financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, general ledger, and revenue recognition. This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer and is located in Woodridge.

Responsibilities:

• Valuation analysis and financial modeling
• Acquisition and joint venture due diligence
• Industry and business analysis to determine acquisition and growth strategy
• Analyze current financial models and streamline into templates for distribution
• Integrate models by creating templates for easy use
• Transfer accounts, post journal entries, and perform reconciliations
• Integration of acquisitions and joint ventures

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5-7 years experience similar experience
• Ability to accurately work on mergers & acquisitions
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Advanced Excel and Access skills a must
• Experience with Lawson and/or Hyperion a plus
