About the position
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the infrastructure of our US business including regional delivery of Finance, Operations and Human Resources management. As an active member of the company’s Leadership Group the job holder will report directly to the SVP of US Operations, while having a functional reporting line to the CFO. You will provide solutions to meet company goals and objectives through the effective use of management, operations and financial competency.  This role may work with staff and management across all functions of the organization to enhance the efficiency, development and support of any regional business initiatives.

·         Payroll Management


·         Expense process management


·         Timesheet process


·         Debt collection


·         Benefit coordination


·         Visa/immigration coordination


·         HR Support


·         Infrastructure management


·         Insurance management


·         Maconomy/Project Accounting


·         Overhead cost management


 


Skills/ Experience


 



  • Experienced finance professional in project and management accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of US GAAP particularly as it relates to the software sector
  • Strong leadership skills- will have previously operated as a senior member of a management team in a small-medium sized business
  • Strong team player with the ability to both support and lead business initiatives
  • Experience of human resources management including payroll and  benefits management
  • Supervisory experience
  • Strong excel modeling skills and experience

 


Qualifications


·       Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
