EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS

In addition to people with demonstrated successful fee-based financial planning experience, we also seek new candidates to the industry whose backgrounds will likely include a number of these elements:

           ü Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education

           ü May be a recent college graduate with a degree in Financial Planning

           ü An active member of a community for 7+ years

           ü Have run their own business or held Managerial or Executive level job positions

           ü Licenses: Series 6, 63 and 65, or 7, 66; State Life, Accident and Health Insurance

           ü CFP® or other related professional designation/degree earned or in progress

           ü Proven knowledge and technical expertise within financial services industry

           ü Knowledge of related technology – software planning tools and presentations

           ü Outstanding oral presentation ability and interpersonal skills

           ü Professional demeanor exemplifying ethical conduct

         ü Able to work independently with excellent time management skills

           ü Exemplary compliance record

THE NEXT STEP IS UP TO YOU

We expect a lot from our Financial Planners – leading the industry in professional standards.  Within five years of your appointment as a financial planner, you must obtain a planning designation such as the Certified Financial Planner or Chartered Financial Consultant designation and meet ongoing Continuing Education requirements.
