Job Requirements and Attributes
Requirements:
- Life and Health Insurance Licenses or ability to attain licenses prior to your start date
- Highly encouraged in obtaining series 6 and 63 or series 7 licenses within first six months of career start date
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work on a full-time basis, with schedule flexibility permitted (must have good time management skills)
- Bachelors or associates degree or prior industry related experience preferred
- Consent to a full background investigation, including criminal and credit report, and report of insurance department regulatory actions, which its purpose serves as a factor in establishing eligibility for contracting with Mutual of Omaha
- Strong moral and ethical believes and a strong will to help others
- A positive outlook on life, a willingness to learn, and an understanding and belief of the importance of insurance and financial planning
