Compensation: Competitive Base Salary plus Commissions, Competitive Benefits Program – Including Pre-Tax Health and Dental Insurance, 401(k) Plan, Agents Retirement Plan, Long Term Disability Benefits, FICA Advantage, and Professional Designation Reimbursement Opportunities.
Training: Structured on-going, in-house training on LEAP – Wealth in Motion, Wealth and Wisdom, as well as product offerings. Joint field work and mentoring with experienced professionals.
Requirements: Desirable characteristics include: coachable, entrepreneurial, proven leadership skills, professional, competitive and ethical.
Qualifications: 4 year degree is preferred, but not required. Candidate must have good communication, networking, and sales skills. No prior financial planning experienced is required. Career changers are welcome.
