Job Title : Financial Advisor

Employment Status : Full Time

Location: Nation-wide opportunities exist.

Education: Bachelor Degree preferred, Masters Degree is a plus.

Experience : No financial experience is required. Proven success as a leader and manager over a five year period in dynamic operating environments where objectives were met or exceeded is highly desired.

Job Responsibilities : Leveraging your personal skills and all the training and resources of the company, you will help clients realize their financial goals. After assessing the client’s needs and circumstances, you will provide individualized, highly strategic investment consulting. You will develop a financial portfolio of the company’s products; mutual funds, stocks, bonds, IRAs, insurance, estate planning and more, as a vehicle to help your client reach their financial objectives. In many instances you will be part of a team delivering a comprehensive financial solution.

Training: Through the company’s training program, both formal and on the job, you will develop a balanced mix of the required skills and experience you need to run your business – a business you build, nurture and grow. Our client provides you with all the resources and you need while preparing for your Series 7. They take immense pride in their outstanding training programs and resources provided that make their Financial Advisors the best prepared in the industry – and on average – the highest compensated.

Requirements : We seek leaders and performers with boundless drive and determination, aggressive entrepreneurial go-getters who welcome the challenge of unlimited possibilities, and the chance to make the most of their abilities. Client seeks three to five years of demonstrated success. Military officers make excellent candidates. A Bachelors Degree is preferred.

Income : Your fortunes are tied directly to those of your clients. Beginning salary is generally between $60-70K (depending on location and experience) + commissions and bonuses, and will move to 100% commission / bonus structure over a three year period. Expect to earn a healthy six digit salary in 1-3 years if you have what it takes. Our client’s Financial Advisors are on average, the highest paid in the industry. Full benefits package offered.
