Job Requirements and Expectations

 

Requirements:

·         Reliable transportation

·         Sales Experience and/or college degree

·         Life and health insurance license or willingness to obtain one prior to start date

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Consent to a criminal and credit background check

·         The ability to work independently

·         A basic understanding and belief in insurance and investment planning


Additional Considerations:

Special consideration will be given to applicants that have:

·         Securities licensing (i.e. series 6, 63, 65, 7, 66)

·         Financial or insurance designations (i.e. CFP, CLU, LUTC, etc.)

·         Prior industry or entrepreneurial experience


Expectations:

·         Making warm phone calls to set professional consultative appointments with clients

·         Presenting products and retirement solutions face to face with clients

·         Professional appearance
