Financial Aid Manager / Director

Our Client, a leader in the proprietary education sector, is looking for a key person with a strong financial aid background for the Financial Aid Manager position, available immediately at an expanding campus in the Phoenix area.

Responsibilities include: managing and overseeing Financial Aid staff, processing of Title IV Student Financial Aid and ensuring FA compliance with state and federal regulations. 

Requirements:

Must have 3-5 years of progressive advancement in post-secondary financial aid, along with 1-3 years in a managerial position (any industry). Must possess high work ethic and professionalism.   Degree strongly preferred
