Financial Analysis Manager  - Mergers & Acquisitions

In this influential role you will:

Lead a Progressive Team:

Coach, mentor and develop a team of four senior analysts to ensure exemplary day-to-day execution and successful completion of assignments.

Value Potential Merger & Acquisition Candidates:

Using discounted cash flow analysis, comparables analysis, and other financial tools, provide recommendations to the head of Corporate Finance on M&A prospects. Develop and maintain capital forecasting models and evaluate the pro forma impact of acquisitions on actual and forecast capital levels.

Manage Share Repurchase Programs:

Oversee the implementation of repurchase programs as authorized by M&T’s Board of Directors and recommend changes to the Bank’s common stock dividend.

What You Need to Succeed:

§  Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

§  10+ years of relevant corporate finance experience including experience evaluating Mergers & Acquisitions.

§  3+ years of management experience with proven abilities to develop and motivate teams

§  Advanced financial modeling skills
