We are seeking a talented financial analyst to work in a fast-paced., high tech environment. Candidate will play a key role in supporting Finance, Sales, and Marketing within a multi-Business Unit structure. This position requires an innovative individual; experienced with financial modeling and forecasting, business process re-engineering, or process improvements involving broad based information systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide business partner support for Fluke Networks business unit management.
• Build annual operating plans, monthly forecasts and actuals reporting, investigate variances and proactively drives plan achievement.
• Participate as the Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) User Support for the finance department. Help develop and maintain new and existing reporting and analysis tools and techniques, and assist Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) users develop their own solutions and improve their analysis skills.
• Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to drive improved performance for Fluke Networks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or IT and a minimum of 5 years’ related corporate finance, planning, & analysis; business redesign, problem solving, information systems and financial analysis experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proven capability to develop successful outcomes and implement sustainable value-added enterprise processes and solutions. Candidate must have working knowledge and experience with financial reporting and analysis, business problem solving and information systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, and problem solving skills in both small and large groups, as well as with cross-functional teams.
• Position requires a strong analytical, organized business thinker who can resolve complex problems while presenting findings in a clear, concise and understandable manner. Financial creativity and desire to understand the Fluke Networks business is important in order to understand the reporting requirements for the business units.
• Experience with writing SQL queries and select statements, understanding of relational databases, web-based reporting systems and catalogs, facts, dimensions and attributes is desired. Proficiency with Macros, Cube Values, Pivot Tables and advanced Excel functions a plus.
