| Description | Reporting directly to the Manager of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, the Financial Analyst in Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis is primarily responsible for the analysis of Balance Sheets and Operating Cash Flow for actual and forecasted results at a Total Company and individual SBU level. |

- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in a high-pressure environment. Periodic overtime is required.
- Ability to interact confidently with associates and leadership team members at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with only limited direction and limited review of work product.
- Experience in applying accounting knowledge, advanced knowledge of accounting principles, a general knowledge of data processing, and a thorough knowledge of a segment of the Company's business (internal) are preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in finance/accounting, with demonstrated understanding of financial consolidations, including EBIT and OCF, variance analysis, manufacturing finance, and sales forecasting

| Tasks | - Ensure continuous communication with the SBU FP&A teams.
- Ensure there is a thorough understanding of the SBUs' issues and act as a liaison between Corporate and the SBU FP&A functions.
- Identify and communicate key financial and operating issues. Share insights with the SBU FP&A functions to ensure there is a high standard of accuracy and consistency for SBU and Total Company reporting and financial analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly financial reports related to actual results (Balance Sheet and Operating Cash Flow) and forecasts.
- Support Hyperion Planner development efforts to identify and implement opportunities for increased efficiencies and better constancy in internal reporting
- Develop analytic tools to more accurately quantify the impact of the key business drivers in Sales, EBIT, Balance Sheet metrics, and Operating Cash Flow
- Assist in developing the Annual Operating Plans and provide relevant guidance to the SBUs. Assist in the consolidation of the SBUs submissions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial analysis and presentations to the VP of FP&A, CFO, Finance Leadership Team, and the Board of Directors.
