The Financial Analyst role is responsible for providing a wide range of exceptional planning, analysis and reporting support to company leadership throughout our global operations.

Responsibilities will include providing insightful financial and management reporting to company leadership including variance analysis, business decision support and suggested action plans, as well as supporting company-wide planning activities such as strategic financial planning, budgeting and mergers and acquisition activities. This individual will deliver accurate and timely business intelligence reports to corporate business leaders, with a focus on execution risks and cost savings opportunities, and facilitate accurate financial performance forecasts through a strong understanding of the client group business activities and quality expense trend analysis. In this role, the successful candidate will generate critical and complex financial analysis, including economic modeling, return on investment calculations and key performance indicator analysis, work in partnership with the leadership of the company to identify and drive profitability enhancements through operational efficiencies and cost savings opportunities, and assists with SEC filings annually on Form 10-K, and quarterly on Form 10-Q, and other statutory filings as required by regulatory agencies.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a business related field and a minimum of three to five years of experience in accounting. Exceptional MS Excel and financial modeling skills are required. Operational experience with JD Edwards and Hyperion software, and SEC reporting experience preferred. EOE M/F/D/V
