Pace Industries a leading provider of quality die casting, manufacturing and engineering solutions worldwide, is seeking a Financial / Cost Analyst at its Corporate Office in Fayetteville, Arkansas.  This position will provide Product/Cost Analysis support for Pace’s nine manufacturing (Die Cast) facilities.  Initially this position will be heavily involved in the implementation of Value Stream Costing at each of Pace’s facilities.  They will work closely with IT department and operations to ensure data integrity and will be responsible for working with Sales in understanding margin analysis by customer.   In addition, special projects will be assigned for a variety of teams and/or independent assignments designed to simplify/streamline the part costing process and reporting

 Requirements:

-           B.S. in Accounting/Finance

-          3 + years experience in a Finance or Accounting capacity in a discrete (non-process) manufacturing environment

-          Strong understanding of Product Costing

-          Strong analytical skills

-          Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-          Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operating systems

-          Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

-          Flexibility to travel as needed (approx. 20-30%)
