Financial Analyst responsible for the financial report preparation and analysis of monthly actual results with comparisons to the forecast, plan and prior year. Responsible for the development, consolidation and analysis of the forecasted results including working with all levels of management to prepare required management reports and presentations. Work with all levels of management to develop the Annual Operating Plan, recommending and initiating the implementation of value added process improvements. Engage in analysis and effectively communicate the impact of the conclusion(s) to Management. Prepare and analyze the monthly financial results, including analysis of the U.S. and international regions; prepare exhibits and presentations as required by management in MS Office Excel and / or PowerPoint. Provide analysis and review accounting for discretionary accounting reserves, such as inventory, warranty, POV’s, rebates, credit memos, etc. Assist in remediation of internal control deficiencies identified during internal or external audits. 5+ year of experience in analysis. SAP and Hyperion (HFM) are a must. Degree in accounting required. CPA and/or MBA is a plus.
