·         Internal financial reports to monitor, analyze and forecast contract budgets/anticipated revenue/resource planning

·         Assist in planning of budgets

·         Perform financial reporting utilizing various external and internal software tools for various reporting periods and types of reports

·         Develop and utilize needed excel spreadsheets

·         Conduct research as required and document results

·         Track and report on monthly activities

·         Assist in meetings (activities may range from leading to participating to recording minutes)

·         Cost proposal development for solicitations

·         Provide support to the various directors, program managers and specialists in tracking financial program accounts

Skills Necessary:

2+years experience with:

BS/BA (preferably in Finance, Business or Accounting)

Pricing Contracts, Cost Proposals

Basic accounting, budget analysis, financial reporting, and in-depth experience with Excel spreadsheets.

Federal financial management experience is a plus
