Title: Financial Analyst
Key Functions:
Provide budgeting, reporting and financial analytics to support the company’s strategic vision.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of the strategic planning process.
- Design and update weekly dashboards on key performance indicators to Senior Management of a specific operating unit (Marketing/Sales/G&A)
- Analyze complex financial data and communicate findings to help senior management with complex decision-making including but not limited to ROI, sales capacity, and resource planning.
- Generate commission statements and suggest innovative and creative improvements.
- Ad hoc financial reporting and business modeling
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's, plus 2-4 years experience or the equivalent in job-relevant work experience.
Skills:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work well individually and with a team.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Good organizational and time management
- Advanced Excel and Modeling
- Budgeting Application (Hyperion, Cognos, etc) and/or CRM Experience a plus (Sales Force, Siebel, etc)
- Software Experience a plus

This position will require overnight travel up to 5 % of the time.
