Brief Description
 
The Financial Analyst will actively participate in the entire M&A process and have day-to-day responsibility for driving acquisitions and divestitures forward.  This role will report to the Director Business Development and will work closely with business units and corporate leadership.  
 
We are looking for a seasoned professional preferably with 2+ years of experience in a corporate M&A environment or investment banking.

Job Requirements:
Job Requirements
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • 2 years experience in Corporate M&A or investment banking
  • Must be able to travel up to 25%; travel may include international assignments
