RESPONSIBILITIES 




  • Efficient coordination and management of the sale-to-close process for each home sold while providing essential financial support to the divisional team.


  • Work with Senior Management to provide strategic market information, critical to maximizing the division's financial execution. 

 


QUALIFICATIONS



  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Superb work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Strong analytical financial skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Organizational Leadership.
