World Technical Services, Inc is currently seeking a Financial Analyst in Waianae, Hi.

Essential Job Functions

 

  • Assist the Commander in:
  1. Establishing spending priorities
  2. Choosing policies that will achieve desired results at an acceptable cost
  3. Obtain required resources (fiscal and logistical)
  4. Preparing financial plans
  • Monitor and help prepare estimates for resources
  • Help develop obligation and expense targets
  • Monitor use of resources in daily operations
  • Assist the Squadron RA and Wing FM in fiscal year-end closeout.
  • Serves as primary point of contact for financial matters for the site
  • Interpret management reports and recommend necessary actions to the unit commander and up the chain of command
  • Respond as needed to the Wing Financial Management Board and Financial Working Group

 

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledgeable in Federal Government Resource Management Systems (RMS)
  • Familiar with government appropriations law
  • Understands accounting principles
  • Must hold active security clearance
