***Global leader in their industry has partnered with Robert Half to assist in their search for a Financial Analyst*** This is a highly visible role reporting into the VP of Finance. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years financial analysis experience, driven and motivated with the desire to succeed and grow within the organization, upbeat personality with a positive attitude, and possess advanced Excel and Access skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: The analyst will be involved in supporting the month-end financial close, generation and validation of periodic reporting, variance analysis, KPI development/tracking/reporting, forecasting process and forecast consolidation. In addition to the daily/monthly activities covered above, this individual must display the abilities to provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to fulfill any request within the scope of finance and accounting.
