This position, a key member of finance team, is responsible for the assisting with the pricing process for several product lines.

Primary Responsibilities:

"         Enter/maintain pricing in JDE system on an as needed basis.

"         Coordinate usage of pricing entry request database.

"         Generate JDE price letters for distribution to customer and internal departments.

"         Maintain customer contacts / purchasing agents for Division customers.

"         Troubleshoot pricing entry issues with the Customer Service Department.

"         Process and distribute contract/escalator price changes.

"         Maintain Customer Pricing Groups and List Price.

"         Establish traceability for each customer's pricing.

"         Analyze and improve processes for pricing/quoting long term.

"         Backup and learn other product pricing process.

"         Special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Requirements and Experience:

BS in Accounting, Finance or Business related

"         Previous JDE experience is preferred

"         Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work independently

"         Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft office applications.
