The Business Analyst will work closely with both internal and external department representatives. Also will work to optimize the use of information technology to improve business operations. The Business Analyst has a broad understanding of business/departmental operations. Will examine business processes and work with clients to guide system use, with a focus on financial, HR, Sales Order, and Inventory systems. Qualifications :
Four year degree in technology, business or accounting related studies. 5+ years related experience PICS CPIM certification a plus Analyzes current business processes and makes recommendations on change. Experience with implementations of ERP systems, prefer Dynamix AX Works with user community to help facilitate best use of the system. Provides training where required Develops strategies to improve timeliness of information and overall efficiency Assesses the cost/benefit of recommended process changes. Follows up with users to ensure compliance with new procedures and effectiveness of systems.
