  • Provide support to UHPS Clinical Team related to financial modeling and ongoing reporting of clinical program offerings.

  • Work with clinical program department to forecast and model savings/disruption for new clinical programs as well as changes to existing programs.

  • Perform clinical trend analyses, and provide explanations and recommendations.

  • Support and maintain clinical affordability initiatives and tracking of financials.

  • Perform ad hoc clinical reporting as needed.

  • Provide support to senior management and other internal customers including ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed.

  • Serve as a key resource on clinical reporting.

  • Work in conjunction w/ third party PBM to ensure consistent and accurate clinical reporting methodology.

  • Bachelors degree

  • 4+ years business experience with emphasis in financial analysis or other analytical functions

  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Access and PowerPoint

  • Ability to interact effectively with different business units and team members at all levels

  • Experience with financial analysis and reporting as well as budgeting and forecasting

  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills

  • Self starter with ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills and project management skills

  • Strong presentation skills and communication skills, written and oral.
