Now we're looking to reinforce our team with people who are decisive, brilliant - and built for speed.   Provide support to UHPS Clinical Team related to financial modeling and ongoing reporting of clinical program offerings. Work with clinical program department to forecast and model savings/disruption for new clinical programs as well as changes to existing programs. Perform clinical trend analyses, and provide explanations and recommendations. Support and maintain clinical affordability initiatives and tracking of financials. Perform ad hoc clinical reporting as needed. Provide support to senior management and other internal customers including ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed. Serve as a key resource on clinical reporting. Bachelors degree 4+ years business experience with emphasis in financial analysis or other analytical functions Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Access and PowerPoint Ability to interact effectively with different business units and team members at all levels Experience with financial analysis and reporting as well as budgeting and forecasting Strong decision making and problem solving skills Self starter with ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment Strong interpersonal skills and project management skills Strong presentation skills and communication skills, written and oral.
