General Management:  Our General Management service line prepares our junior practitioners to be
CXO-level advisors by exposing them to a broad range of experiences across service lines and industry sectors.

Performance Profile:
 
Provide financial management and business process improvement support to Department of Defense (DoD) client's network services operations.   
·         Assist client financial managers and Business Office personnel with the review and evaluation of end-to-end business processes/systems and development of associated process improvement recommendations.
·         Function within a team environment to identify inefficient business processes and recommend technology-based solutions.
·         Provide analysis of financial management reports.
·         Support program and organizational assessments and business process documentation. 
 
The qualified candidate will need to strongly possess an understanding of the functional needs of the client. This entails the ability to review and analyze an end-to-end process, understand abstract business
concepts and processes, and make recommendations to better position the client to meet organizational objectives.
 
 
Performance Profile - Accounting and Financial Management
·         Education Preferred: accounting, finance, or related field
·         Experience Preferred: DoD Financial Management and Accounting, Federal/DoD Consulting
 
Applicant must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently as well as with team.  In addition, this position requires strong financial research and analysis skills as applied to federal accounting and information systems.
·         Conduct financial research and analysis
·         Evaluate current business processes
·         Document current financial management, accounting and management information systems, processes, and data requirements
·         Demonstrate organization and analytic skills in a problem-solving environment
·         Prepare project deliverables
·         Demonstrate
prior experience with DoD budget and financial accounting (Working Capital and General Funds) processes, reports, and tools
·         Demonstrate prior experience with business intelligence and reporting/dashboard tools as a  means of automating solutions in lieu of manual processes
·         Demonstrate an understanding of unliquidated obligations (ULO) processes, including an understanding of the research processes necessary to recommend appropriate program actions and the associated deobligation requirements
 
 
Position-specific Required Skills:
·         Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
·         Possess knowledge of and experience with Federal accounting regulations and processes
·         Bachelor's Degree
·         5+ years of Federal Government or DoD Experience
·         Ability to travel:  0-25%
