The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented and an excellent problem solver who is able to think "outside of the box". Strong customer service skills and experience working with retirement plans, brokerage accounts, annuities and/or life insurance are a must. Insurance and/or securities licensing are a plus.
Job Duties Include:
* Processing account applications, transfers and rollovers, utilizing excellent follow up skills to ensure accounts are opened and funded in a timely manner and according to the sales person's specifications.
* Obtaining quotes and illustrations for various financial products.
* Preparing client files for annual reviews, maintaining client databases and files, organizing and scanning documents according to compliance guidelines.
* Providing detailed answers and resolutions to client questions regarding products, transactions, statements, and status of applications.
Skills/Qualifications:
MS Office / ACT Database, Organizational Skills, Proper Telephone Etiquette, Attention to Detail, Financial Knowledge, Excellent Customer Service Skills, Sales Planning, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Proactive Problem Solving Skills, Ability To Multi-Task, 2+ Years Experience In Financial/Insurance Industry
