The college is seeking an energetic and personable professional to assist students in financing their education.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school diploma and at least 2 years of progressive experience in customer service.
Experience in the administration of financial aid funds, collections, including loan processing, awarding and disbursement of funds preferred.
Excellent customer service and attention to detail with the capability to multi-task a must.
Basic computer knowledge is necessary, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of FAME and CampusVue (financial aid management systems) are helpful, but not required.
